Please read this End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Mindful AI ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
This Agreement is between you ("User") and IndivMedia LTD, a company registered in Ireland ("Licensor", "we", "us", "our"). IndivMedia LTD is the developer and owner of Mindful AI.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, IndivMedia LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to AI-generated meditations, affirmations, sleep stories, text, graphics, audio, and software) are owned by IndivMedia LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised meditations and affirmations based on your inputs. This content is provided for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by submitting a request through our account deletion form. Requests will be processed within 30 days.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IndivMedia LTD does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IndivMedia LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if IndivMedia LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. IndivMedia LTD may also terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. To the extent required, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
